About Us

National Human Rights & Social Justice Commission Telangana Wing

Our Story & Commitment

The National Human Rights & Social Justice Commission, Telangana Wing, was established with a clear purpose—to protect human dignity, promote equality, and ensure justice for every individual, regardless of social, economic, or cultural background.

Our journey began with a small group of dedicated individuals who believed that every citizen deserves access to basic rights, legal support, safety, and respect. Over the years, we have grown into a strong network of volunteers, legal professionals, social workers, and youth leaders working across Telangana.

We focus on creating awareness about human rights, supporting victims of injustice, empowering women and children, providing community welfare services, and guiding individuals who lack access to legal and social resources.

What sets us apart is our commitment to working at the grassroots level—reaching rural and underserved communities, listening to their concerns, and taking actionable steps to bring positive change.

Our core values include integrity, transparency, compassion, social responsibility, and equal opportunity for all. With every initiative, we move closer to building a society where justice is accessible, rights are protected, and every voice is heard.

Equal Rights

Gender equality is at the very heart of human rights and United Nations values. A fundamental principle of the United Nations Charter adopted by world leaders in 1945 is "equal rights of men and women", and protecting and promoting women's human rights is the responsibility of all States.

Security & Humans Rights

Human Security

The link between security and human rights is important and is reinforced only if we consider that human rights define human security. Individual, international, and national development requires the protection of human rights therefore you cannot have security without the protection of human rights.

Workers Rights

The development of natural resources is essential to the production of energy, goods and food. Under the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, it is the responsibility of the companies developing these resources, as well as their buyers and investors, to safeguard the human rights of workers and communities affected by their activities.
